HUMAN BRAIN CAN ONLY HANDLE 150 FRIENDS.
Habari zenuuuuu!!!!
Sasa hii ni kwa wale jamaa zangu on social networks, habari yako aisee!! List ya friends zako, inasomekaje aisee!!?? Sasa, All those people who have Facebook friends numbering in the thousands should maybe get a grip and realize they’re kidding themselves as to how popular they are. Umaarufu au siyo!! New research unaonyesha kwa the human brain can only cope with a maximum of 150 friends, in real life or on the Web, so it sometimes pays to be unpopular. So zaidi ya 150, hao wanakuwa meaningless!! Labda only, for popularity.
I suspect most of us have multiple social networking accounts. Sijui Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Mocospace, TheGrid, Ze nini sijui, etc., I also suspect that most of us have hundreds of friends on these sites, even though we hardly know any of them. Tunaowajua ni less than 25% waliopo on our list.
That’s because social networks are unlike real life in that they exist to offer connections between people, real or imagined. Me mwenyewe niko na very few friends in real life. But I have more dan 100 friends on Facebook, na kwa hesabu za haraka tu, shows I’ve met less than 40 of these people in real life; 20 of which are family members, with the other 20 being friends. Wengine are online friends ambao hata nikikutana nao, hawawezi nitambua.
According Robin Dunbar, professor of Evolutionary Anthropology at Oxford University, has studied social networking sites and concluded that they are still subject to ‘Dunbar’s Number’, a theory he developed in the 1990s which suggests our neocortex can only manage a social circle of 150 people or less. He explained:
"The interesting thing is that you can have 1,500 friends but when you actually look at traffic on sites, you see people maintain the same inner circle of around 150 people that we observe in the real world. People obviously like the kudos of having hundreds of friends but the reality is that they’re unlikely to be bigger than anyone else’s.
There is a big sex difference though … girls are much better at maintaining relationships just by talking to each other. Boys need to do physical stuff together."
So, Mr. and Mrs. Popular on Facebook, The human brain is designed to handle no more than 150 friends - only five of them close - no matter how many you may have on Facebook or Twitter. There’s no point in building up your friends list with nobodies you don’t really know but are just aware of slightly, as your brain isn’t capable of managing such a huge social circle. Instead, jaribu kuwa real!! Wamudu vizuri wale wachache who are so Cool and Dear to you.
Sasa, habari ndo hiyo you can keep your list 150+ but in real sence ukikaa utaona unawasiana nao kihuakika, is only less than 150!!

10 tips how Hustler can reach your dreams
This to anybody who av got a dream, wale hustler diva anyone! Who wanna live his/her dream. Na vyote huanzia na ndoto!
1. You've got to have a dream.
It doesn't matter what it is, but before you can get to any but a random destination you have to decide on where you're going. Maisha ni safari but hata safari nayo unajua where u wanna go! Hausafiri tu! U must have a destination, that everyday u'll be asking God to reach you dere.
2.Your background doesn't matter.
Nor does disapproval. No matter what you did in past, hizo disappointments in past must not get u down totally n completely. Take it as a Challenge n learn something from it bana. Live for today! If your parents are insisting that you stay at school, or you have a family that you need a day job to support, that's fine. You can still do something for your goals each day. The opportunities are just as great for seniors too.
3. Choose something you love so much it doesn't seem like work at all.
No matter how talented you are, you're going to have to work extremely hard to be successful. You'll need persistence. That's why it has to be YOUR goal, not one you've chosen to please someone else. And if is something unachokipenda utapata enough courage to fight for it.
4. Believe in yourself, and don't EVER be discouraged.
If you're really dedicated to your dream, you have the talent - you can learn the skills. There's never been so much information, so readily available, to help you make the most of your abilities; so much computer-power, to let you run a business from the corner of a room; such low-cost software, to let you make exclusive products; or a market like the Internet, that lets you reach, at zero cost, a global audience of billions. All these are just the resources that around us! So jiamini use what you have to reach your dream.
5. Learn everything you can about your subject.
If spending hours on the Internet or in the Library soaking up everything useful you can learn seems hard work, you need to ask yourself if this dream's really yours, or someone else's..... but if you lose all track of time in learning skills and information that you need, you' re on the right track for unparalleled success. Siyo unajaza tu your memory for much tings zisizo na msaada kwa your dream!
6. Accept the chance to do some work - unpaid.
That doesn't mean you need allow yourself to be exploited, but when you're starting out you lack experience. So hata zile job za low salary as long as it yo way to yo dream, just do it. Some unpaid work in an area related to your dream can often be an easy way of getting that and it can sometimes bring about the very break you're looking for.
7. Develop new ideas.
No matter what your dreams involve, that's vital to success. With proper tools and training, nearly anyone can make a wheel; the genius who changed the world was the person who invented one. Creative ideas aren't hard to come by - in fact, your mind's already full of them. If you spend time each day with a pen and notebook, or a computer and a brainstorming program, you'll find yourself producing them in droves. Use them to improve your products and procedures, help your customers to solve their problems, or write about them to peoples, and you'll quickly be the person other people in your area of interest turn to - an acknowledged expert. That will get you noticed by the people who can help you most. Wewe siyo Bogus bana!
8. Expect to learn something new and valuable each day.
Don't go to bed before you HAVE learned something new and valuable. That way, you'll have the information that will help you make connections to develop fresh ideas. A broad perspective helps you be the first to see the application of new trends and techniques to your field of interest - and this ability alone can make your fortune.
9. Do the things you love, and love the things you do.
This kind of passionate enthusiasm is the basis of charisma - the most success-attracting quality you can develop. The people who convey their knowledge, sing their songs, write novels or make movies with energy and passion are the most convincing and persuasive people on the planet. People don't just pay for information, or for entertainment. They pay for information they're persuaded is correct, and entertainment they're persuaded's just for them - and the people who persuade them best are those who love their subject with a passion. Kipende kile unachokifanya na fanya kile ukipendacho.
10. Remember that the law of success in any field is always "give and take" , not "take and give".
Hata maandiko yanasema, 'ni kwa kutoa ndiko tunapokea' The more you learn, the more you know. The more you practice, the more skilful you become. The more you think, the more ideas you have. The more you give out in creative energy, the more successful you will be... and the more you skimp on any of these things, the more the world will hold back its rewards.
ALL in ALL, ALWAYS NEVER FORGET YOUR ALMIGHT. Ask God for your achievement n bless your efforts! Ye ndo MUWEZA

1st of July 2010. Visualisation and Goals.
Hello Hustlers, Divas n anyone out dere!
It's July Mosi, leo we already cut down Half of 2010. We are in The Second Ngwe, Ngwe ya pili na ya mwisho. Shukrani na Sifa kwake yeye Mola kwa kutuwezesha kufika Hapa. ThanX God, and please be with us in remained part and always!
Sasa ni hivi, at da end of 2009 and even at begining of hii 2010, most of us we had so much Goals to be achieved in hii 2010. Vp, how do they? Do u achieved it? Or are u in a good way to achieve it! Kwa kuwa Half ready gone, na zenyewe maybe umefika Half of it! Is it? HaHaHaHaaa...! If not, why? MipanGo Siyo matumizi eeh! LOL! But why, tunashindwa kuishi kwa kufanikisha malengo yetu tunayojiwekea! What is a Goal? How to set it? Your Visualisation is?
Hii article ni kwa anyone who wanna know about the truth facts about Goals and Visualisation.
visualisation is a great help in setting your personal goals. Use it as a tool, be persistent, like a yappy dog biting at your ankles and you'll get there in the end. Visualise ni kama day dream vile!
More on VISUALISATION ... Work out what your goal is. What you want to become? What sort of person do you want to be? Picture what changes you want to make in yourself and in your life... for the better, of course. Set stepping stones (or sub-goals) as sign posts along the way. To guide you and ensure that you stay on track. They can be your short-term or medium term goals, say one month to one year. The marathon runner doesn't think of the finish line, but, the lamp post in the distance...or the next drink spot. Thinking of the big picture often seems impossible, so it can be very discouraging. Take small steps... and one at a time. You can get loads of satisfaction from taking one step at a time. Attaining sub goals can help you with a more immediate focus and it rewards you along the way in your pursuit of the grand plan. Make daily affirmations to yourself to keep yourself positive and focussed on the way ahead. Have written goal checks to ensure that you are on track - on the right path. These are a good aid in reassessing your performance and how well you are doing on your chosen path. I've gone so far down my track, if it's the wrong one it's a bit late to turn back. It's never too late to change direction; Set priorities. It is important to have flexible goals; they are not set in concrete and can be changed as you change and develop. Remember changing goals in mid stream doesn't mean losing ground (or "the plot"). As long as you grow personally, you are making the most of yourself.
SUMMARY:
1. Set big goals
2. Make long range goals
3. Make short term and daily goals
4. Goals should be specific
5. Goals should be realistic
6. Luck is not involved in achieving goals
7. Don't make goals to please someone else - they are for you alone. It's your life and no one else can live it for you.
Listen to your parent's advice; but young adults, you make the decision about the career you want. Most of us, waBonGo not know what we want to do after finishing school (and then university), Instead tunachagua tu any career au tunaamua to follow someone career (maybe Baba, mama or dada), without think that we would have to spend half my working/waking life in that occupation! Chaguo ulichagualo, ndivyo utavyoishi maisha yako! Do u know how it feel to do a job dat u have passion for it! In setting goals we need to allow for our future growth and development. If you want to grow, you've got to eat your " veggies" and use your potential to the fullest. Life is one long Safari of self discovery. It is also a great opportunity for self improvement - to grow day by day, even though you might have the occasional stumble. If you accept yourself and are happy just the way you are, that's fine.

"You will become as small as your controlling desires; as great as your dominant aspiration" - James Allen
Now that we've defined and set our goals, lets look at ACHIEVING them by getting and then staying FOCUSED...
* HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS:
There are a number of important factors that make people successful in achieving their personal goals ... and I believe goal setting is the key ingredient to personal success. What else determines whether we will achieve our goals?
The following attributes are critical:
* A strong belief in oneself and one's ability to succeed
* Good self esteem
* Self confidence
* Self discipline
* A burning desire to achieve your pre-set goals
* A sound strategy with a great deal of thought given to PLANNING
* A desire to give something back to society and invest in people; i.e.. to make some contribution to your "little patch" of the world. This leads into the next one...
* Having worthy goals which benefit one self and others
* A winning focus and a positive attitude. This is very very very important.
* Consistency and commitment
* The ability to avoid distractions, i.e.. the ability to FOCUS
* Affirming oneself daily that you are of value to the world
* An ability to take calculated risks. I've taken a few chances in my time (perhaps too many) ... maybe you have as well.
* An ability to learn from your mistakes and to overcome the fear of making mistakes
* The ability to handle stress well (I'm not so Good on that one!).
* Taking frequent exercise - because a healthy body keeps the mind healthy
* Taking time out for relaxation
* Self motivation , and most important of all,
* Personal integrity and a sense of ethics. Who says millionaires and other successful people lack integrity and rip off gullible people in the street? I, definitely don't believe it. I think quite a few businessmen may be ruthless, but most of them have high moral codes of behaviour. But most importantly, they have the " bucks" to improve people's lives in the community....as long as they are not too stingy.
BALANCE:
Remember, it is vital to live a balanced life. So look at your goals in all areas of your life: material, physical, career, psychological and most importantly, spiritual. I think it's terribly important to BELIEVE and have FAITH that things will work out in the future for you. That BELIEF (either in yourself or in a Higher Being) will largely determine your attitude...how happy or unhappy your life will be.
And whatever and how you set your Goals, don't ever forget Your Almight God. Kwani yeye ndo muweza. So ask your Lord to help you in achieving your Goals.
